How do I know if I need a Return Management Platform?

Returns evolve as you grow. Most merchants can get by manually processing returns until they get to about 50-100/month. From that point on, merchants run into their first scalability chokepoint and tend to need some level of automation and self-serve returns portal for their shoppers. At about 150 returns per month, a retailer’s warehouse and operations team will require returns disposition management and reporting in order to scale. After automation, disposition management, and reporting are all in place, all that’s left to do is iterate and optimize.
