How do I Enable / Disable Receipt Validation?

Do you want to ensure all items have been received in Collector before allowing the RMA to be Processed?

Click Here to access the Receipt Validation Settings or navigate to Settings > Originate > Configure > Policy > Advanced.

Receipt Validation ensures that all items have been received in Collector before allowing the RMA to be processed in Originate. It is either Enabled or Disabled. This feature is only available to companies who utilize Collector.
